We've been here before haven't we? "Arsenal star linked with Manchester City" - sound familiar?

Of course it does, because over the years the Citizens have been regularly spiriting away the best that the north London club have to offer - and Kolo Toure.

It could well happen again if reports are to be believed with Manchester City offering Bacary Sagna, who is out of contract at Arsenal in the summer, the three-year deal that the Gunners have been stalling over.

If he chooses to accept their offer then the French international will become the 8th player to make the move from the Emirates to the Etihad in the Premier League era.

But are City the worst offenders when it comes to pinching Arsenal's players? And which clubs have been the best at luring players away from the other major Premier League teams?

All will be revealed...

Note: Loan deals have been excluded, and data is from the start of the Premier League era
