With another intriguing weekend of Premier League action on the horizon, we are now entering the final stages of what has been an extremely entertaining 2013/14 season to date.
The respective races for title glory and to avoid the dreaded threat of relegation continue to be fought in captivating fashion, with - for most sides - only seven fixtures of the campaign left to be played.
At the summit of the top-flight, Chelsea hold a narrow one-point advantage over surprise contenders Liverpool, with Manchester City two points further back but with the added advantage of two games in hand over their rivals.
Meanwhile, at the other end of the table, Fulham - who are showing few signs of improvement under new boss Felix Magath - remain rooted to the bottom, four points adrift of safety. Cardiff and Sunderland - two other sides who have made managerial changes this season - are also languishing in the relegation zone at present.
With another set of fixtures to come over the weekend, we thought we would prepare for those games by turning away from the actual table itself and looking at the 'form table' provided by the official website of the Premier League.
From this, we plan to list the 11 most in-form teams in the division over the last six games in descending order - with some slightly surprising results.

What do you make of the 11 - any surprises or is it as you might have expected? What are your predictions for the rest of the Premier League season? Who will win the title and who will drop?
