Tottenham v Liverpool: Predicted line-ups

Liverpool are in the form of their lives having won their last seven games on the bounce - and they'll be confident of making it eight and equalling the best run this season set by Manchester City when they take on Tottenham on Sunday.

In recent years these two teams have been evenly matched and they traded home wins last season.

However it was a different story this term as Liverpool put five past Tottenham at White Hart Lane in what proved to be one of Andre Villas-Boas' last games in charge back in December.

The Reds' recent form has put them slap-bang in the title race - and they now sit just a point off league leaders Chelsea with 31 games gone.

Tottenham meanwhile look set for disappointment once more this season and miss out on a Champions League spot.

They are currently 6th but are seven points adrift of Arsenal in fourth. They also have more than their fair share of injury worries, with Kyle Walker, Emmanuel Adebayor, Vlad Chiriches, Sandro, Erik Lamela, and Etienne Capoue unlikely to feature.

Liverpool meanwhile picked up no new knocks in their mid-week win against Sunderland, and could well name the same team that eased past the Black Cats.

Tottenham predicted team: Lloris, Naughton, Vertonghen, Kaboul, Rose, Dembele, Sigurdsson, Eriksen, Paulinho, Chadli, Soldado

Liverpool predicted team: Mingolet, Flanagan, Agger, Skrtel, Johnson, Henderson, Gerrard, Allen, Sterling, Sturridge, Suarez

Predicted score: Liverpool 3-1 Tottenham
