Paul George - the 23-year-old sensation - has been fantastic since his debut three years ago, but since the beginning of the NBA season he has been one of the best players in the league.

With close to all the attention going to LeBron James of the Miami Heat and Carmelo Anthony of the New York Knicks, players like George are being left out of the lime light.

However, this isn’t such a bad thing as the Pacers guard is one of the most talented players in the league and many are starting to notice his potential.

George's skill-set were especially noticeable in the recent game against The Heat in which the Pacers won and George showed his slam dunk skills by throwing down a monster dunk over the Heat players.

The comparisons with players like Kobe Bryant might come from the fact that he wears his number and he plays almost like a young Kobe - who was an absolute sensation in his early Laker days.

Paul George might not need all the hype this early in his career but he could use it to his advantage in showing that he could very well be as good or even better than 'The Black Mamba'.

Paul George is the future of NBA.

He is part of a generation of rising stars such as Stephan Curry of Golden State and Kyrie Irvine of Cleveland.
