Kenny Britt, formerly of the Tennessee Titans has signed with St Louis Rams, EPSN's Adam Schefter is reporting.

Britt's deal is worth $1.4 million with at least $550,000 of it guaranteed.

But the WR can reach up to $2.9 million with deal incentives.

Britt's one-year deal sees him end his four year association with the Titans, with whom he achieved 19 TD's and 2,450 yards.

Britt is a bit of an unknown quantity off the pitch however. He's been arrested nine times in his professional football career including allegations of a car chase, stabbing and resisting arrest.

His antics earned him a suspension for the first game of 2012, but he has avoided further league action. Hopefully a new town will settle him down a bit more.

His last altercation with the police was in January 2013, and all of his previous problems have occurred during the offseason.

At only 25 years of age, and being drafted before completing his senior season at college, Britt has a lot to offer on the field if he can only sort out his problems off it.
