Brazilian Serie A is considered to be one of the best football leagues in the world. Unfortunately, it's not very popular because most people enjoy watching only European leagues. These are the players that show the quality in their home league and are often favoured to leave Brazil and continue careers in Europe.

Rever has impressed German side Wolfsburg which resulted in a 4 million euro transfer in January 2010. Unfortunately, he hasn't assured his place in the team and had to return to Brazil.

Atletico Mineiro's captain made eight appearances for Selecao and scored lots of goals for his club and should now return to Europe, only this time to play first-team football.

Back in 2011, Paulo Henrique Ganso and Neymar were the best duo in Santos and in the league. While Neymar left the club for Barcelona, this eight-times-capped Brazilian was transferred to Sao Paulo and since then clubs like Arsenal and Manchester United are fighting for his arrival.

Ganso's successor was Leandro Damiao who joined Santos after an unsuccessful negotation with Tottenham Hotspur. The striker has 17 caps for the national team, scoring three goals. He also took part at the Olympics 2012, scoring four goals in four matches.

This are just some of the great players which perform in this league. Ronaldinho, Alexandre Pato, Jo and Fred are also extremely important for the promotion of Brazil's club football.

Selecao will have plenty of youngsters on the Mundial prepared to impress the European clubs. Will it be Doria, Leandro Oliviera or someone else?
