Dynamo Kiev midfielder Oleh Husev collided with Dnipro goalkeeper Denis Boyko's knee during a Ukrainian Premier League match at the weekend and was knocked out cold as a result.
The unconscious player's airway was reportedly blocked by his tongue, an incident that could have led to his death. Luckily, Dnipro's Jaba Kankava was luckily very close by and somehow knew exactly what to do.
As shown in the video, Husev has been transported to the hospital and now is up and walking. It seems that the player will make a full recovery thanks to a quick reaction on Kankava's part.
