Real Madrid have been made 8/11 favourites to be the next club to field Luis Suarez, following strong speculation that the Uruguayan remains at the top of their transfer wish-list.
The free-scoring forward is in the form of his life this campaign, and has attracted plaudits aplenty after finding the net no less than 29 times in 31 games this year. However, regardless of the fact that Liverpool sit top of the Premier League, with a coveted title clearly in their sights, Los Blancos are determined to ruin the party.
PaddyPower have Madrid at 8/11 to be Suarez’s next club, and certain publications have made it clear in recent days that the idea of the 27-year-old making a big-money move this summer isn’t one that should be rubbished just yet.
As of yet the player himself hasn’t offered any indication about his future past the end of the season, but with the Reds having virtually guaranteed themselves Champions League football for next year one would imagine Madrid will have a difficult task on their hands convincing him to jump ship.
