Paul Heyman believes that only three people know if CM Punk will ever wrestle in the WWE again.
Former world heavyweight champion Punk - one of the most famous faces in the professional wrestling business - disappeared from screens earlier this year without the situation ever being fully explained to fans, and manager Heyman believes only a select number are aware of if he will make a comeback in the future.
"You know, there were only three people in the room that night, and that was CM Punk, Vince McMahon and Triple H, and none of the three have talked about it," Heyman told Bill Donnelly of The Infamous in an interview that was quoted by WrestlingInc.com.
"So whether CM Punk will ever or won't ever appear in WWE again is truly only known by the three people that were in the room on that given evening. Anything else that is stated about it is merely speculation."
35-year-old Punk - real name Phillip Jack Brooks - is a popular figure among wrestling fans, with many clearly not giving up hope that Punk he make an imminent and triumphant return to the ring soon.
Indeed, with Wrestlemania XXX - set to take place inside the Mercedes-Benz Superdome on April 6 - now just a matter of days away, some have even predicted that the Chicago native could make a spectacular appearance in New Orleans.
While Punk is obviously still a hot topic for everyone involved in the WWE, Heyman must surely now be looking to turn his own attentions to client Brock Lesnar who will try to end The Undertaker's infamous unbeaten streak at Wrestlemania on Sunday.
