Watch as Damian Lillard and Nick Young put on a show in Los Angeles last night

The Portland Trail Blazers met the Lakers in Los Angeles last night and opposition guards Damian Lillard and Nick Young really put on a show for the fans in the Staples Center.

The Trail Blazers overpowered the Lakers in the end and won the contest 124-112, LaMarcus Aldridge continues to get back into the swing of things and the All-Star put up some impressive numbers in the Portland win.

The real excitement of the night came from the developing duel between guards Damian Lillard and Nick Young.

Both shot the ball with ease and even jumped onto the highlight reel with show-stopping dunks.

Nick Young nicknamed 'Swaggy P' (by himself) came off the Lakers bench to score 40 points for the purple and gold off of 15-of-26 shooting.

Lillard scored a team high 34 points but came out with the all important statistic in the game which was the win for his ball club. 

The video shows some of the incredible highlights that both players showcased to fans in the Staples Center.
