Tim Duncan actually holds a greater amount of winning seasons in his 17 years in the NBA than most franchises in league history.

A recent statistic has been revealed about the consistency and brilliance that Duncan has achieved over his star studded 17 year career in the league.

Here is the stat:

50 Win Seasons:

Tim Duncan - 16 (17 years)

26 NBA Teams - 15 or fewer (All Time)

New York Knicks - 13 (68 Seasons)

Houston Rockets - 9 (47 Seasons)

Golden State Warriors - 4 (68 Seasons)

So basically Tim Duncan is a greater winner than the entire New York Knicks franchise, not to mention that the Spurs legend has four championship rings to the Knicks singular NBA title.

Even though Duncan hasn't won an MVP for a decade, his greatness is never in question and he continues to lead San Antonio year after year into the post season and give them the platform to challenge for a title every season.

One thing is for sure that Duncan will be enshrined in the Hall of Fame once his glittering career finally comes to a close.
