Have a guess who wants this man?.

Top 8: Stars most wanted by big managers (1)

Published 1 Comments

Regardless of what they may say about being content with what they have, or more pertinently having faith in the players they’ve got, every manager on the planet has at least one player that he’d love to add to his squad.

We’re not just talking about gaffers dreaming of clinching the next Lionel Messi or Cristiano Ronaldo - that’s obviously a given - but specific targets who the managers at the biggest clubs would choose if they had the pick of all of their supposed transfer targets. Whether it’s a talented player in a position they desperately need to fill, an individual that they hold a reputable relationship with or simply someone who has an attractive method of playing the game, it’s fair to assume there’s always one.

Just take Jose Mourinho’s recent comments on Zlatan Ibrahimovic for example. With this in mind our creative juices went into overdrive and we decided to deduce who each manager covets the acquisition of most. We’ve stuck to eight of the biggest teams in the word, but feel free to list your suggestions below...
