Today's headlines:

We start off in international football, where the US Men’s National Team drew 2-2 with Mexico last night.

Goals from Michael Bradley and Chris Wondolowski put the States 2 ahead before Rafa Marquez and Alan Pulido pulled ‘El Tri’ level in the second half.

Over to the NBA, where it was the New York Knicks who won the battle of the Big Apple at Madison Square Garden.

J.R Smith top scored with 24 points as the Knicks trounced cross-town rivals the Brooklyn Nets 110-81.

Finally, to the MLB where Derek Jeter’s last season in professional baseball before retirement has gotten off to a poor start.

The New York Yankees have lost their opening two games in a row to the Houston Astros, with Jeter not even recording a hit in last nights 3-1 loss.
