The build-up to Wrestlemania has reached boiling point and with just three days to go, it seems rumours of which superstars are returning for the 'Wrestlemania of Wrestlemanias' are coming in thick and fast.
It does seem that amongst all legends that are already set to be there like Bret Hart, Ultimate Warrior, Hulk Hogan and Jake "The Snake" Roberts. There are two more names on that list:
"Stone Cold" Steve Austin and Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson.
After playing a major part in the last three Wrestlemania's many thought that The Rock was sitting this one out and concentrating on his film career, but reports this morning suggest that he and former rival Steve Austin will be appearing in one form or another in New Orleans this Sunday.
The Rock left WWE after Wrestlemania last year after he had lost the WWE Championship he had won from CM Punk at The Royal Rumble to John Cena in their "Twice in a lifetime" match which according to critics, didn't measure up to the rest of the card that night.
Steve Austin's last Wrestlemania appearance was when he was special guest referee for Michael Cole v Jerry Lawler at Wrestlemania 27, but has lately been vocal about his thoughts on CM Punk and his return on "the grandest stage of them all."
Austin himself isn't cleared to wrestle so it's likely he will just be there in a backstage segment or to stun someone, The Rock can wrestle but any fight he involves himself in could set up a potential feud and as of yet, there are no rumours that The Rock will be returning after Sunday.
