The number one ranked Florida Gators will face seventh seed Connecticut Huskies in the Final Four on the 5th April but last time they met, Shabazz Napier hit a buzzer beater to down the Gators.
The underdog Huskies will look for more clutch play from their star point guard Napier when they meet the favourite Florida Gators on Saturday.
Last time these two teams met, the Huskies were in fact the higher seeded team. They were ranked 12th whilst the Gators were the 15th seed when they faced off in Connecticut.
Similarly talented teams faced off in a close, tough affair which went down to the final seconds of the game.
Thanks to point guard Napier, Connecticut walked away with the huge victory after he made this clutch jump shot as time ran out for the Gators as they lost 65-64.
Despite the defensive trap, Napier managed to escape and keep his dribble enough to get up an awkward shot, the the ball didn't even hit rim but somehow it came back to 22-year-old and he quickly fired up a jump shot with 0.5 seconds left and drained the buzzer beater to win the game.
Fans would surely love another exciting finish and the previous meeting really sets the stage for another brilliant contest this weekend.
