British comedian, Tom Wrigglesworth has made news on both sides of the Atlantic for his uncanny resemblance to Green Bay Packers quarterback. But now the comedian is proposing to go one step further and actually take on Rodgers' job.

In a video posted on the comedian's YouTube channel, Wrigglesworth stars in a mock episode of genealogy series 'who do you think you are'.

You can check out the video above as Wrigglesworth poses as a number of village residents in the fictional Green Bay, Yorkshire as the show's host aims to trace Rodgers' lineage.

At the end of the video, Wrigglesworth sends a direct message to the Super Bowl winning quarterback and tells him:

"I just think it'd be great to swap jobs, just for a day. You'll be alright, I'll probably snap! We'll give all the money to charity... Well it's up to you."

Rodgers did see the video and tweeted at Wrigglesworth, "sweet mustache."

So it looks as if we won't be seeing the comedian in the NFL but he might be open to some facial hair growth.
