One of the most loved wrestlers on the planet has revealed he is going to be at this weekend's Wrestlemania, in New Orleans.
Stone Cold Steve Austin revealed in an exclusive interview that he will be showing up, according to wrestlezone.net
There had been much talk of a possible appearance from the Attitude Era hellraiser, and in an interview he exclusively said: "I'm gonna be at Wrestlemania 30!" before telling fans to check out the WWE Network for more information.
Austin recently spoke of how he expected CM Punk to return from his wrestling sabbatical this Sunday night, but it is the Texan who is returning from his own.
Stone Cold last appeared at a Wrestlemania three years ago, and looked to have moved on from the business, but this news is perhaps the most exciting surrounding the event, with the exception of the immortal Hulk Hogan's return.
There have also been rumours his old foe The Rock will return to WWE, after he fought John Cena at last year's 'Mania, whilst the likes of Ric Flair and Shawn Michales are expected to be there in some capacity. Rumours of Sting also showing up for his first WWE experience also continue to float around the internet.
WWE.Com later confirmed the news of his return. It is unclear what role he will be taking, with him retiring for in-ring competition many years ago due to injuries. But whatever he does, you can be guaranteed it will draw probably the biggest cheer of the night.
"And that's the bottom line, 'cos Stone Cold said so."
