Dutch legend and ex-Barcelona man Johan Cruyff has made it clear that manager Jose Mourinho does not have what it takes to manage Chelsea's dressing room.

He also added that the manager must take responsibility if the team fails to win a trophy this season.

Though Chelsea are not in bad standing in the Premier League, they have a tough ordeal ahead of them in the Champions League where they must overcome a 3-1 loss against Paris Saint-Germain.

Mourinho himself admitted the Parisians are favourites to advance to the next stage in the Champions League. Cruyff is confused by the Portuguese's attitude and statements.

"PSG have a strong team with some great players. Chelsea have some great players as well, but Mourinho seems to disagree.

"It's always the same with him," said Cryuff. "When things are going well, it's the result of his good work, but the players are to blame when things are going badly.

"He already lost the dressing room at Real Madrid because of that and I can see the same happening at Chelsea.

"The problem with Mourinho is he only cares about results. The result is more important than his players. He always thinks short term and that's simply not my thing."

The Barcelona legend is right to question Mourinho's short-term attitude, and it does seem that he's always blaming losses on his players. But, Mourinho's Chelsea currently sit second on the league table and are in no way out of the title race.
