Diego Simeone and Roberto Martinez have been linked to replace Arsene Wenger when he leaves Arsenal.
Many fans would be happy to see any of the two replace Wenger but with them doing so well at their respective clubs it will be hard for Arsenal to get any of them any time soon. However Dortmund manager Jurgen Klopp would be an ideal replacement who may be looking for a new challenge.
As manager for the German club Borussia Dortmund he won the Bundesliga in 2011 and again in 2012, the Supercup in 2008 and 2013. Subsequently he was rewarded with German Manager of the year in 2011 and 2012. He also led his team to the Champions League final last season and world class players such as Kagawa, Gotze, Reus, Hummels, Lewandowski have flourished and played their best football under his management.
Recently he expressed that Bayern will be unstoppable and hard to compete against in upcoming seasons especially as they keep buying the best players from their rivals, so he may be looking for a new challenge as he has taken Dortmund as far as they can go.
Arsenal would be the perfect job for Klopp and he would welcome the chance of proving himself in the Barclays Premier League as it is known as the best and most competitive league in the world.
Klopp is a great manager who is very disciplined, he makes his players work to the best of their ability, he has an eye for top talent which he proved when signing Kagawa and Lewandowski also by giving young talents like Gundoaon and Gotze a chance in the first team.
He is a risk taker and extremely passionate which is something Arsenal have lacked lately. As the Arsenal and the coaching staff seem to show little expression in the last few defeats which is no surprise why the players lack that bit of fight in the big games because they have no inspiration from the bench.
Even the Arsenal substitutes were caught smiling when Lukaku scored the second goal for Everton on the weekend. Klopp will be ideal as he is known to be a no nonsense manager who is very active on the touchline and passionate.
With the funds Arsenal have now I believe he will be able to make Arsenal a successful again with all his strong abilities also he will spend money on the right players as he has shown at his time at Dortmund with much smaller funds.
Jurgen Klopp is the bookies' favourite to succeed Arsene Wenger as Arsenal manager. Would you like Klopp to be the next Arsenal manager?
