With question marks still surrounding the total figure Barcelona paid to bring Neymar to Camp Nou from Santos last summer, it's difficult to actually establish the Brazilian sensation's true market value.

However, what we do know is that the South American starlet has not been phased by the media attention that has surrounded him, and he's enjoyed a relatively productive debut campaign in Europe playing for one of the world's most illustrious clubs.

Ahead of the 2014 World Cup in his homeland this summer, much will be expected of Neymar, as he looks to produce his best form on the pitch on the biggest football stage of all.

How he handles the pressure remains to be seen, but one thing that won't waver between now and then is the 21-year-old's marketability, which helps justify a prospective price-tag of around £100million for the Barcelona star.
