We start in the NBA where the Brooklyn Nets completed an impressive 4-0 regular season sweep against the Miami Heat.

The Nets had Mason Plumlee to thank for victory last night after the rookie blocked a LeBron James dunk with just two seconds left on the clock.

Across to baseball and the Boston Red Sox lost at Fenway Park for the fourth time already this season going down 10-7 to the Texas Rangers.

Meanwhile in the NHL, the Washington Capitals kept their playoff hopes alive last night thanks to a 4-1 win against the St. Louis Blues.

Alex Ovechkin was again pivotal for the Capitals, netting his 49th and 50th goals of the season.

And finally, in the NFL the Jacksonville Jaguars are getting a closer look at a number of the top quarterbacks available in this May’s draft.

Teddy Bridgewater, Derek Carr, Jimmy Garoppolo and Johnny Manziel are all being worked out by the franchise today.
