Arsenal boss confirms trio could miss FA Cup semi-final

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has revealed that he could be missing three stars for this weekend's FA Cup semi-final clash with Wigan.

As reported by Goal.com, the Gunners boss - in his pre-match press conference - has suggested that full-back Kieran Gibbs and midfield duo Tomas Rosicky and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain could all miss Saturday's clash at Wembley.

Speaking to reporters, the Arsenal chief said: "We have a lot of uncertainties. Gibbs, Rosicky and Oxlade-Chamberlain are all doubts."

This will come as a major blow to the Arsenal faithful as the club look to take a step closer to securing their first trophy in nine years.

With the Premier League title now out of reach, the FA Cup represents Arsenal's only chance of silverware this season.

The Gunners will be desperate to bounce back against the Latics this weekend after suffering a 3-0 defeat to Everton last Sunday.

However, with a number of players on the sidelines and now more injury concerns for Arsene Wenger, there may well be a makeshift Arsenal side in action on Saturday evening.
