Managers tend to chop and change their starting line-ups throughout the season as players tend to reach their peak during different stages of the 38-match campaign.

Some Premier League managers have a small batch of players to choose from as they do not have the kind of budget that affords them to have 30+ players.

Or they just like to choose the same players week-in, week-out because they have built up a trust with their side's first-team regulars.
