This one is for ice hockey fans everywhere...

Well those who have a spare few million dollars lying around that is.

It emerged this week that the greatest player ever to play the game, Wayne Gretzky, has put his Californian mansion up for sale and it can be yours for just $10.5 million.

Gretzky is no stranger to the property game having sold, and bought, a number of huge homes in the past few years- bringing in several million dollars in the process - but this Thousand Oak property is the most pricey to hit the market yet.

Coming with five bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a swimming pool, and gym complex, plus who knows how many Stanley Cup trophies, the house is advertised as an "interplay of decadent textures and clean lines highlighted by a natural light that beams through high soaring windows and doors."

Yeah we don't know what that means either.

Considering the amount of money Gretzky will have made during his illustrious playing career, and the amount of silverwear that he has collected, you never know, the Canadian star might be willing to consider a knock down offer.

Lets start the bidding at $10...
