Manchester United's prospective summer transfer plans once again dominate Sunday's newspaper headlines, with David Moyes continuing to be linked with moves for a number of top European stars.

The reigning Premier League champions have endured a disappointing 2013/14 campaign, making a modest start to life in the post-Sir Alex Ferguson era.

Neither Marouane Fellaini nor Juan Mata - the two latest acquisitions at Old Trafford - are yet to hit top gear, with Moyes expected to re-enter the transfer market as he continues his overhaul of the Manchester United squad he inherited last year.

With the Red Devils not in action this weekend, it will have provided the former Everton boss and his backroom team the perfect opportunity to begin nailing down potential targets ahead of the transfer window this summer.
