Southampton are considering a free transfer move for Arsenal goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski this summer.
According to the Sunday People, the 28-year-old has attracted admiring glances from the south coast club, who are looking to provide competition for current No.1 Artur Boruc next season.
Fabianski will be out of contract at the end of the current campaign and looks set to leave the Gunners, despite Arsene Wenger's desire to keep him at the Emirates Stadium.
The Poland international has impressed when standing in for Wojciech Szczesny in 2013/14, most recently as the penalty shoot-out hero in Arsenal's FA Cup semi-final success over Wigan Athletic at Wembley on Saturday.
But, despite his impressive form he remains Wenger's back-up option, and looks set to end his seven-year stay in north London in order to gain more regular first-team football.
Mauricio Pochettino might offer Fabianski just that at St Mary's, but could face competition for the player's signature from a number of rival suitors with Scottish Premier League giants Celtic also mooted as admirers of the want-away Arsenal star.
