Crystal Palace manager, Tony Pulis is keen to extend Tom Ince's loan to a permanent contract come the end of the season.
The 22-year old joined Palace from Blackpool in January and Pulis feels Ince has an extremely bright future.
"Tom Ince will be a top Premier League player, without a shadow of a doubt. He's got all the attributes and everything else. I think he's a top player," Pulis told reporters.
Despite scoring regularly for Blackpool, Ince has found himself warming the bench in place of Yannick Bolasie and Jason Puncheon who are both in fine form.
However, this is not detriment to Ince's capabilities, as Pulis explains.
"The unfortunate thing is that in the position that Tom plays, Puncheon has been outstanding, Bolasie's been outstanding.
"So it's been very, very difficult to get him into those positions, and the one who's played behind has been (Marouane) Chamakh, who has been one of the players of the season.
"It's not gone to plan in respect of him playing every game but his attitude - he's a credit to his parents and he's been fantastic".
With the added surety of Ince on the bench, Pulis has a squad which can challenge any Premier League side - and with games against Everton, Manchester City and Liverpool still to play, these three will take no chances against an extremely resilient club who have already disposed of Jose Mourinho's Chelsea.
