LeBron James mistaken for Derrick Rose on twitter

LeBron James and Derrick Rose have a lot in common. They have both won NBA MVP awards and now according to one twitter user, the stars even look the same after King James was mistaken for the injured Chicago Bulls star.

@mouqeet tweeted a picture of the reigning NBA champion with a group of people that apparently included the user's sister along with the caption:

"My sister and her friends just met Derrick Rose, damn she's so lucky."

LeBron may be one of the most recognized athletes in the world so maybe the Miami Heat star will be relieved to avoid the spotlight on this occasion.

Derrick Rose meanwhile, will be hoping to be more recognizable than LeBron James next season when he returns from his devastating knee injury.

This is not the first time that users of social media have mistakenly claimed to have had pictures of athletes.

According to Bleacher Report, earlier this month, a Houston Texans fan posted a picture with Arian Foster only for the running back to break the news that it wasn't actually him.

And these guys are supposed to be fans?
