Michael Jordan is the majority owner and chairman of the Charlotte Bobcats and he was getting fired up court-side seeing his ball club defeating his old team the Chicago Bulls.

The Charlotte Bobcats were taken to overtime on their home court by the visiting Chicago Bulls and some fans may have thought that owner Michael Jordan would find it difficult to root for just one team.

Evident by his reaction, Jordan didn't hide his emotions as he was visibly elated when his Bobcats squad took over in the extra period to eventually beat his old team 91-86.

The Bobcats and Bulls are both playoff bound in the Eastern Conference and today's action wrapped up the end of the regular season, meaning the playoff brackets are now locked.

The Bobcats will face the defending champion Miami Heat in the first round of the playoffs whilst the Bulls are pitted against the 5th seed Washington Wizards.
