When it was announced that The Shield were facing mystery opponents on this week's Monday Night Raw, very few will have thought the show was going to end how it did.
With the likes of Alberto Del Rio, Jack Swagger and Fandango forming part of an eleven-men team who were all attacking The Shield, the theme music of the ultimate villainous trio Evolution blasted through the speakers.
Out came Triple H, Batista and Randy Orton who let alone being so intimidating as individuals, form one of the biggest factions in WWE history.
Chief Operating Officer of WWE Triple H then turned to ordering the eleven wrestlers out of the ring, leaving the might of him, Batista and Randy Orton to finish dominating The Shield.
As if their powerful and perfectly-chosen theme music was not frightening enough, these three make up the ideal opponents for The Shield, having been hated by much of the WWE Universe for so long.
Triple H is rumored to have announced on this week's SmackDown that this exciting encounter will be carried out at Extreme Rules next month.
And if Evolution's brief but undoubtedly daunting appearance on Raw is anything to go by, we will certainly be in for a treat when we see this highly-anticipated match take place on Sunday 4th May.
