Former NFL legend Donovan McNabb has been arrested for the second time in the space of four months as he becomes very well known to police during his retirement.

The ex-Philadelphia Eagles quarterback has reportedly been arrested because of a traffic violation, with his mugshot photo available on this link

It's not the first time that McNabb has been arrested for driving offences, after he was also detained in January for something similar.

It has been reported, "Former National Football League quarterback Donovan McNabb has been arrested in Mesa, Ariz., police said.

"A court website showed that he received a criminal traffic citation in January. He has a trial appearance scheduled for May 16."

At the time of writing, the incident remains a developing story that has many pieces of information still to be announced.

As for McNabb himself, he has been enjoying his retirement a little too much it seems. The former QB was a dual-threat signal caller during his time on the field with the Eagles.

He famously led them to four NFC Championship Games in a row before the Eagles finally made the Super Bowl and lost out to the New England Patriots.
