Will the Rams replace Sam Bradford with Johnny Manziel?

According to multiple reports, the St. Louis Rams are "strongly" considering taking a quarterback with the number two pick in next month's NFL draft.

Several mock drafts, including DraftCountdown.com have Blake Bortles going number one, so the likely hood is that if St. Louis were to not trade the pick, and consider a quarterback, Johnny Manziel, Teddy Bridgewater and Derek Carr might be at the top of their draft board.

Picking a quarterback so early would likely spell the end of the Sam Bradford era in St. Louis.

Bradford was the first overall pick out of Oklahoma back in 2010, but since winning the offensive rookie of the year award, has struggled to improve, and has been plagued by injuries.

The rams, however are financially committed to Bradford in a way that they would not be to a quarterback selected this year.

Bradford signed a six-year $78 million contract with $50 guaranteed, the largest rookie contract in NFL history and  just one year before the rookie scale was implemented.
