Minnesota Wild Forward Mikael Granlund nailed a fantastic overtime winner in their play-off clash with the Colorado Avalanche.

The game was tied at 0-0 as the two teams prepared for another period of intense hockey.

With just over five minutes gone in the added period, Granlund held the puck and took a shot only to see it blocked and go upwards.

Some quick thinking and a brave diving effort put Granlund in for the winner which sent the Xcel Energy Center into a state of Euphoria.
