Reports have emerged that Juventus have made contact with the agent of Barcelona's forward Alexis Sanchez, who is 25, over a possible summer move.

The Chilean has been in impressive form this season, scoring 19 goals, and also providing 15 assists. He is a much improved player from last season, and has already improved his goals and assists tally this year.

However, Gerardo Martino has left Alexis out of the key matches this season, and Sanchez hasn't played much recently, leading to speculation that Sanchez is out of Martino's plans.

This rumour is according to the Spanish newspaper AS, who believe that Juventus are very interested in Sanchez.

However, the sale may also depend upon Barcelona's transfer ban that has been imposed on them. Many thought that Barcelona were set for an overhaul of their squad, and would bring in some top quality players,

This ban means that although Barcelona may want to sell players like Alexis Sanchez, they may not be able to.
