Is Lionel Messi happy at Barcelona? The Argentina international has not looked himself this season, and reports suggest he might be considering his future at the Camp Nou.

The four-time Ballon d’Or award winner is expected to stay with he Catalan giants for his entire career, but if he is unhappy or feels he needs a new challenge, then there only a couple of clubs who could realistic afford a) his transfer fee and b) his astronomical wage demands.

Manchester City are one club who could just about stretch their financial resources to secure the South American’s services. A £250m fee, meanwhile, would trigger his release clause.
