We are at that time of the year when the NHL actually hits the national conscious of America, with the playoffs in full swing.
The Jimmy Fallon Show was the setting for the NHL to hit national prominence outside of game-time coverage Tuesday night.
They say that any publicity is good publicity, and to be honest, national TV NHL discussion of any kind on primetime in a non sporting setting can only be good for the sport.
The chat show host took the hilarious route of analysing certain hockey players and giving them crazily funny awards based on their looks.
Not particularly original, but certainly funny that's for sure. For instance, Brad Marchand of the Boston Bruins was given the coveted award of 'Most likely to play a pizza delivery guy in an 80's movie about skiing.'
Fun stuff indeed, but which player was given the ultimate title of 'Most likely to be two humans sewn together?'
