Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey showed everyone jus why he has been nominated for the PFA Young Player of the Year against Hull City on Sunday, despite missing nearly four months of the campaign with a persistent thigh problem.

Ramsey enjoyed a fantastic first half of the season and showed just why Arsenal have missed him so badly at the KC Stadium, scoring the opener, setting up the second for Lukas Podolski and proving a dynamic, relentless force driving the Gunners forward throughout an encouraging display in his first Premier League start since Boxing Day.

The 23-year-old faces a fierce fight with the likes of Eden Hazard, Daniel Sturridge and Raheem Sterling to get the PFA honour next week, and with competition so fierce GMS has decided to trawl through the statistics and find how just which starlet has delivered the goods in every quantifiable area.
