Manchester United's beacon of hope, Adnan Januzaj, has finally put an end to the speculation surrounding his international future.
Manchester United's official website posted confirmation yesterday that the talented teenage starlet has made himself eligible to represent Belgium.
Despite the announcement coming at an odd time - a day after the announcement of ex-manager David Moyes' abrupt dismissal from Old Trafford - Belgium always seemed like the most likely choice for Januzaj.
The Belgian national team are no strangers to talent, in fact they can boast a wealth of it these days. World-class players such as Eden Hazard, Kevin de Bruyne and Thibaut Courtois feature for the Red Devils alongside elder stars such as Thomas Vermaelen and Vicent Kompany.
It is no surprise that people have been dubbing them as the "Dark Horses" for this year's World Cup campaign in Brazil.
Belgium's head coach Marc Wilmots also confirmed the news regarding Januzaj via the medium of his Twitter account.
