Oklahoma City Thunder's Kendrick Perkins sits on Mike Miller

Mike Miller is one of the most lethal long range shooters in the game and, at times, there’s simply no way to stop him.

We’ve seen teams crowd him with double teams, or a defender putting a hand in his face, but now Kendrick Perkins has apparently found a new way to stop him...

Just sit on him.

The Oklahoma City Thunder center went for a loose ball against the forward last night and the two got tangled in their scramble for possession.

However it was OKC who came out with the ball as it rolled towards Thabo Sefolosha and Perkins decided to take a breather on top of the Memphis Grizzlies’ sharp shooter.

It is unlikely Miller was too impressed with the move though, especially considering the fact that Perkins outweighs him by over 50lbs.

Still, he no doubt enjoyed seeing his team take a 2-1 lead over the Thunder and could very well have the last laugh should they eliminate the second best team in the NBA.

Maybe it’s something the two can joke about over some cocktails or something in a couple of years while they discuss the 2012 NBA Finals. Or not.
