Manchester United targets, Adam Lallana and Luke Shaw, will be staying at Southampton next season.
This is the belief of club director, Les Reed, who feels that their top ten finish is a good foundation block to build upon to attract more illustrious signings.
Speaking to the Independent, Reid said: "As we stand, there have been no enquiries or offers for any of our players. That is the truth.
"No club has been given permission to talk to any of our players. Reports that some of our players are negotiating transfers are misinformed.
"We want to improve the squad going forward and retain our current players."

Mauricio Pochettino has been influential since taking the helm from Nigel Adkins, bringing them close to the European places. But remember, Swansea did this last season and have fallen dramatically this season so the club can't afford to lose any influential figures.
Morgan Schneiderlin has ruled himself out of a move but the young Calum Chambers could be tempted by a move to Arsenal who are said to be interested in the right-back with Bacary Sagna going the other way.
