Real Madrid could make a summer move for Luis Suarez or Sergio Aguero if they decide to sell Karim Benzema.
The France international could be heading out of the Santiago Bernabeu at the end of the season with Premier League trio Manchester United, Chelsea and Arsenal all said to be hot on the heels of the 26-year-old.
And Real Madrid's top brass are setting their sights on either Suarez or Aguero.
The Daily Mail suggests Real Madrid would have to pay a world record £100million if they were to have any success of enticing Suarez away from Anfield.
Suarez, who was crowned the PFA's Player of the Year on Sunday, has had an incredible campaign in the red half of Merseyside.
The 27-year-old has scored 30 goals in 31 games for Liverpool so far this season - making him a shoo-in to win this season's Golden Boot award.
Aguero, on the other hand, has managed to score 16 Premier League goals despite being hampered by injury.
Manchester City would want a hefty fee for Aguero if they were to sell the Argentine striker to Real Madrid - with reports suggesting the Citizens would demand a fee not too dissimilar from the £100million that Liverpool would be looking for if Suarez left for the La Liga giants.
