Dorial Green-Beckham was dismissed from Missouri under three weeks ago after the Tigers made the difficult decision to let him go after the wide-out was involved in an alleged burglary.
It seems now though that the wide-receiver may get a second chance in college, with Eastern Illinois reported to be his future destination.
Green-Beckham allegedly shoved a woman while attempting to force his way into an apartment, causing ”bruising and swelling of her right wrist and limited movement of her fingers on her right hand.”
After he was let go by the college, Tigers’ head coach Gary Pinkel spoke his mind.
“Dorial’s priority needs to be focusing on getting the help he needs,” Pinkel said.
It has been reported by Josh Newberg of 24/7 Sports that Green-Beckham will seek help in Eastern Illinois.
Newberg reports Green-Beckham “will likely” head to Eastern Illinois and be eligible to play immediately, because it is an FCS program.
Last season, Green-Beckham caught 59 balls for 883 yards and 12 touchdowns.
