Houston Texans running-back Arian Foster today revealed what we all already knew about him, he's not a vegan.

The great non shock came when the Texans power back revealed via social media platform Twitter that he had discovered bacon for the first time.

Foster was once famed off the field for his associations with veganism, as he explained that he was adhering to a plant based diet.

Well, considering he was eating chicken and fish during that period anyway, he was hardly a vegan philosopher. No matter how much this article by GQ tries to tell you otherwise.

"Haven't been strictly vegan for over a year now, tried bacon for the first time. And oh my god. Turkey bacon just doesn't do it," Foster tweeted

It seems a muslim background had prevented Foster from having true bacon in the past, but he's thankful that he can overcome that now because he thinks Turkey bacon is not enough.

"Was raised with a Muslim background so we always substituted with turkey. Nah, bruh. Mother and father had forsaken me. #bacon," he added.
