Julio Cesar hadn't participated in a Championship match before sealing a move to Canadian outfit Toronto FC in February.
Luis Felipe Scolari made a list of four captains who will represent Brazil at World Cup. Cesar has been selected as the third captain, behind Thiago Silva and David Luiz. Although his national team place is already ensured, the amount of minutes at Queens Park Rangers present a big problem.
The Championship is coming to an end, and the club currently holds fourth position on the league table. They can thank Charlie Austin for scoring most of the team's goals. There have been plenty of loans at the club, bringing Niko Kranjcar, Ravel Morrison, Will Keane, Kevin Doyle etc.
As they have brought in a lot of youngsters, Queens Park Rangers had to loan out some players. Among Julio Cesar, Esteban Granero, Park Ji-Sung and Loic Remy are also spending the season out of the club.
Unlike these three, Cesar was lucky to be loaned out to another club, as he hasn't been a part of even one Championship match - not even sitting on the bench. Eventually, he has been given a chance at Toronto.
The club that was unknown just a few months ago, have signed world-known footballers like Jermain Defoe, Michael Bradley and the Brazilian in the last transfer window. MLS is rising by number of big names and could become more popular than soccer in the next couple of years.
The Brazilian goalie should stay at Toronto or seal a move away from England. Anyway, there is still a chance for him to impress other clubs at the upcoming Mundial.
