A number of former NBA players have hit out at Roy Hibbert on social media recently after the Indiana Pacers center failed to record a single point or rebound during the team's playoff defeat to the Washington Wizards last night.
Hibbert's haters included former Wizard's guard, Gilbert Arenas who unfavorably compared the big man to a trash can on his instagram account.
Former Houston Rockets star, Tracy McGrady also joined in with the negative comments regarding the Pacers enforcer. McGrady, who now plays baseball, tweeted:
"Me and Roy Hibbert had the same amount of points and rebounds tonight."
Hibbert is averaging four points and three rebounds per game during this season's playoffs which is down from 17 points and nine rebounds per game just a year ago.
The Pacers center has taken a large amount of criticism from many circles who largely blame him for Indiana's late season collapse.
Now that collapse has continued into the post season, even Hibbert's teammates have expressed concern. The Pacers held a meeting after the defeat last night to implore Hibbert to improve his performances.
Pacers fans will be hoping that continued criticism of Hibbert will help the big man turn it around and make it to the Eastern Conference Finals for the second straight season.
