As a Team GB star, you might expect Cleveland Cavaliers forward Luol Deng to be pretty handy with a soccer ball - he's from the land of the Premier League after all.

But maybe not this good. A video posted by Deng on his Facebook page shows the NBA star showing off all kinds of silky skills at his training base.

The basketball superstar starts with a couple of kick-ups before going through a dribbling routine that would give professionals difficulty.

He finishes it with a nudge through the gate and then a shot through the rubber wheel at the finish - and he makes it look easy.

As someone who plays football semi-regularly, I can assure you this is quite a bit harder than it looks.

The 29-year-old only joined the Cavs this season from the Chicago Bulls, but it's no guarantee that he'll still be in Cleveland next season.

Deng is rated as one of the most versatile small forwards in the league, and many teams with an eye on the NBA championship next season will surely take a look at him if he becomes available.

The Bulls offloaded him mid-season for salary cap reasons, and with Derrick Rose a long term injury concern, their NBA championship hopes were realistically over before the playoffs began.

Enough about basketball though, check out Deng's soccer skills in the video above...
