Arsene Wenger has revealed that both Aaron Ramsey and Jack Wilshere are in line to play against Norwich on Sunday.
Ramsey missed Arsenal's 1-0 win over West Bromwich Albion last weekend with a thigh strain. It was a similar injury to the one that kept him out for three months this season, leaving fans fearful that he will miss the FA Cup final.
Wilshere, too, has missed a significant chunk of the season with a broken toe bone, sustained whilst playing for England against Denmark early last month.
However, Wenger has revealed that both players should be available for their final Premier League game against Norwich, meaning they will also be fit for the FA Cup final on Saturday week.
Speaking ahead of Arsenal's trip to Carrow Road, Wenger told reporters: “Aaron Ramsey is available again and Jack Wilshere could be back in the squad."
The icing on the cake comes in the form of Kieran Gibbs, who is set to come back into the team after missing several weeks through injury. The left-back has been in fine form for most of the season and is likely to reclaim his spot ahead of Nacho Monreal if he can stay fit until the game against Hull City.
"Kieran Gibbs is back as well,” Wenger told reporters.
Arsenal have secured fourth place already and will stay fourth, barring an 18-goal swing with Chelsea, regardless of the result on Sunday. It could have been so much better for Arsenal, who have spent by far the longest at the top of the Premier League than any of their counterparts.
Injuries have played a big part in Arsenal's demise this year, but Wenger believes the squad have shown resilience in the face of a familiar injury crisis.
"My team has shown a remarkable stamina and I am very proud of that,” said the 64-year-old.
"We have been top 128 days but we failed in some big games in away from home."
