We've heard it time and time again, "The title may not be won here today but it could certainly be lost.

"

It's a cliche that's pulled out every time two of the top teams go head-to-head towards the end of the season.

But, cliche though it may be, more often that not it's frighteningly accurate.

The destination of the Premier League title is not yet confirmed but Manchester City are huge favourites, knowing a final day win against West Ham ensures the Premier League trophy returns to the Etihad stadium.

Liverpool fans will walk on with hope in their hearts until the final whistle is blown on Sunday, but it looks like they'll have to wait at least one more year before finally getting their hands on a 19th English league title.
