It has been widely speculated that Batista will leave WWE after Payback to promote his new film, Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy.

Given the recent news that WWE are set to keep The Shield as a stable for a while longer after their rise in popularity following their face turn, now it seems Evolution are also going to be staying together and gaining a new member, who could replace Batista and become the muscle of Evolution?

Damien Sandow

Ok, I know I said muscle, but he already has enough heat on him to give Triple H the heel reaction he wants Evolution to receive and this would put The Shield over even further with the fans. I know he isn't the biggest guy in the world but neither is Triple H any more. He has toned himself down a lot since Evolutions first stint and Damien could fit in the way Randy Orton did when the foursome first formed.

He could be the future section of the group, he is better on the mic than Batista and when given the chance he can he a great in ring competitor to put people over.

Alberto Del Rio

The Mexican is a former World Champion and with his contract expiry date approaching fast it is pretty unlikely he will be tied to a stable right now. That being said, WWE don't know what to do with him, he himself was fed to Batista after the Royal Rumble, then spent his Wrestlemania being a part of the Andre the Giant Battle Royal before completely missing Extreme Rules. It seems there is no storyline for him to be a part of.

Monday night saw him lose to Daniel Bryan in a above par match, but WWE could do so much with him. He gets the reaction they are looking for with Evolution. He can deliver on the mic and he already dislikes The Shield, it would be a win win situation because Batista could return just as Del Rio is leaving.

What more can you say about Sheamus? Since his return at The Royal Rumble he has been on one of the worst runs of his career, he hasn't done anything of note in months. Everyone thought a heel turn was the only way to save his career but thankfully, Sheamus returns home this month and WWE decided to put a belt on him to go home with.

He probably wont hold the title for long, it's probably just to make sure he gets a good reaction when he returns to Ireland. There is so much more WWE could do with this feud though, Dean Ambrose already hates Sheamus winning his title in the 20-man battle royal last week, so why not put two feud's into one?

He has to drop the title first because Ambrose got a lot of abuse from fans because he was always in tag action and never defended his title but I think Sheamus could really fit into this feud after Payback and would even have the muscle to take Batista's place as well.
