Fernanda Colombo Uliana, an assistant referee in Brazil, has become an internet hit after her first appearance in the Copa do Brasil last weekend.
The 25-year-old will be involved in her first domestic Serie A game this weekend, after an impressive performance on the line in Sao Paulo's 3-0 win over CRB.
She's not just been handed the flag for any game though, with Ronaldinho's side, Atletico Miniero, taking on Cruzeiro.
Don't be fooled into thinking this is just a gimmick to try and get more people watching in South America - Colombo Uliana has done her time in the lower levels and was recently granted FIFA status by the Brazilian Football Association.
"It's one more step towards winning people over. It's the result of all the dedication I've shown. Who wouldn't want to receive recognition in their chosen career, after all? For me it's a huge victory," she told the press in her homeland.
Outside of football, Colombo Uliana works as a personal trainer specialising in hydro-fitness - certainly one of the reasons why she has no problem keeping up with play.
Brazil's reputation for sexism is not great however, and this particular official may well need to have thick skin if some recent incidents are to go by.
According to Eurosport, clubs often use models or porn stars to try and entice fans to games, whilst Ceslo Teixera, manager of Juventus de Santa Catarina, was recently hit with a ban for calling another female official 'tasty'.
High-profile photoshoots and pictures on social media websites are unlikely to help from a credibility aspect, but time will tell as to whether her ability on the pitch will be able to make as many headlines - or rather not - moving forward.
